15 years experience managing associations and rental properties in Beaver Creek. I enjoy traveling the mountains in my school bus turned camper when time allows.

Ryan MacLachlan
A lifelong Vail Valley Local, I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years in several golf courses, hotels, and in other property management roles. I've been with Borders Lodge for nearly 3 years now. In my off time, I enjoy fishing, camping, golfing, snowboarding, and playing with my two dogs.

Mike Narracci
I grew up in Michigan and went to college for hotel management. My senior year college summer internship was in Vail at the Marriott hotel, and I fell in love with Vail. Graduated in December and moved out the to the Vail valley. Spent most of my career working at hotels/condo hotels in Vail village. In the winters you will see in on the ski hill or on hikes with my dog. The summers I will be on the golf course or out grilling on the deck.

I joined The Borders Lodge family one year and seven months ago, I have a background in hospitality. My son Julian and I have a passion for the outdoors. We love to go camping with the ATV CO Club that we are part of– especially to places where we can learn more about dinosaurs!

I joined the Borders team in January of 2023. I am an outdoor sports enthusiast– I love to dirtbike, ski, and practice photography with my drone in the great outdoors!

I grew up part time in Eagle, CO and Melbourne Beach, FL as a child into my teens. I enjoy figure skating during the winter months and rafting the area and surrounding areas during the summer months. I have a background in property management and hospitality with a passion for customer service!
