The Borders Lodge, located at the base of the Beaver Creek Village, is one of the premiere slopeside condominium complexes in the area. The Borders is composed of Lower Borders, a 5-story building, and The Upper Borders, a 4 story building located adjacent to each other. Amenities include true ski-in/ski-out access from Chair 14 (the Elkhorn chairlift), one heated pool, two spas, two fitness centers, a private conference room, lobby business centers, ski locker rooms, a front desk, three garages, and a friendly management team! The Board of Directors is made up of seven unit owners.
The building has 79 units ranging in size from 400 to 2400 square feet. All units come with a balcony and an on-site storage space in addition to a private ski locker. The views from The Borders Lodge are phenomenal– a slopeside view of Beaver Creek on one end and a downvalley lookout over Avon & the Beaver Creek golf course on the other. The Veracruz, at the gated Cape Marco complex, is considered to be one of the premiere properties on Marco Island and all of Collier County. The Veracruz is a 24 story high-risecondominium. Amenities include two pools, two spas, a spacious fitness center, private massage room, his and her saunas, theater room, conference room, business center, threeguest suites, 24/7 front desk, and an on-site manager. The Board of Directors is made up of five unit owners. 2 The 850,000 SF building has 120 units ranging in size from 3,300 to 4,800 SF. In addition, there are three penthouses that are approximately 7,300 SF. The project completely soldout in one day.
Every unit in the building has a lanai on the west facing side of the building and a lanai on the east facing side of the building. Want to see a sunrise? Get up early and have a cup of coffee on the east facing lanai looking out over the Ten Thousand Islands. Want to see a sunset? Pour yourself a fine glass of wine and relax on the west facing lanai looking out over the Gulf of Mexico while listening to the sounds of the undulating waves pounding on the beach.
One unique feature of Borders Lodge is the ultra-convenient ski-in access that is provided by a lodge-specific chairlift station in the backyard, which ensures convenience levels unrivaled by other condominium complexes in the area.
The Borders is serviced by the Elkhorn Chairlift, Chair #14, and provides direct ski-out access a mere 100 yards from The Lower Borders ski lockers. Elkhorn is the one of the very last of the legacy three-seater chair lifts at Beaver Creek, but provides phenomenal access (without lift lines) to Beaver Creek via Strawberry Park and Bachelor Gulch. There are several methods of getting back to Borders Lodge; but Borders is one of the only lodges on Beaver Creek that has its own run named after it– Borders Loop! The ski runs Gee, Haw, Homerun, Settler’s Way, and the Borders-Pines-Chateau Skiway also provide ski-in access to Borders Lodge suitable for any level of skier!

A unique feature of the Veracruz is the front entryway, a cantilevered structure built of
stainless steel and glass. The building also includes the use of vibrant, contemporary
colors and polished stainless steel interior finishes.
Another important feature of The Borders is the pool area with ample deck area & furniture that allows for small gatherings and a conveniently located propane grill nearby for everyone to enjoy!
Accompanied by two hot tubs (one at each building), the pool is also heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit for year-round comfort and access. In the summer, grab a lemonade on your way out of the Lower Borders and grab a lounge chair and enjoy the beautiful flowers around the pool as you or your family members swim. The Borders is one of the few properties in Beaver Creek that continues to keep the pool open during the winter, too!
Another innovative design is the pool over the pool. One of the pools, an infinity pool on
the amenity level is constructed on a hardscape deck. The amenity level pool has three
glass port holes which look down into the pool below on the grotto level. Children of all
ages love to put their nose close to the port hole glass and wave at the swimmers in the
grotto pool below.
Both pool areas also provide hot tubs to relax in after your workout in our fitness center
or that invigorating game on our Cape Marco tennis courts.
